Talented Gossip Girl actress Michelle Trachtenberg was found unconscious in her apartment last Wednesday.
Heartbreakingly authorities later confirmed she had passed away, though the cause of death remains unknown.

In addition to her family, friends and countless fans, Michelle also leaves behind two rescue cats, who she regularly posted about on social media.
'Mr Martini', a long-haired black and white male, even has his own Instagram account, where his devoted owner often shared clips and stories of her beloved pets.
She also shared her life with a short-haired grey cat, whose name remains unknown.
