In a street engulfed by water, a small black and white cat was spotted by police patrolling in a kayak. Clinging to a car door, the animal is fighting for its life to avoid being swept away by the current.

The Dubai Media Office shared the video on X (formerly Twitter), pointing out that for them, every life counts.
