For a remarkable 17 years, she was a devoted companion to her owner until her heartless owner did something unthinkable.
Dumped on the street
Kyrelle’s owner’s affections shifted as he welcomed a new partner and her canine companion into his home. It wasn’t long before Kyrelle was abruptly cast aside, left disoriented and frightened on the street.
Fortunately, Kyrelle was found by the local animal shelter, My Lucky Day, which offered the elderly cat a second chance. But little Kyrelle was in bad shape. The poor cat was emaciated, suffering from ingrown claws that tore her delicate paws, a painful ear infection, and deafness.
Kyrelle was also suffering from osteoarthritis, requiring pain-alleviating injections, and her kidneys showed signs of fatigue, consistent with her advanced age.

New home wanted for Kyrelle
However, despite these challenges, Kyrelle was doing remarkably well for her age. A calm and affectionate cat, Kyrelle enjoys the care and companionship of humans. She is now looking for a loving home where she can comfortably enjoy her golden years. While her ordeal has deterred her from venturing outdoors, her new home must have a secure outdoor space. Despite her advanced age, Kyelle only requires special kidney food.
Hopefully, it won’t take long for Kyrelle to find a family that will give her the love and care she deserves.
