When she stopped at the filling station, a kind-hearted woman heard about the dog's plight.
She heard from staff that the dog was simply left by the petrol station and had remained there ever since.
Abandoned at a petrol station
It was as if the poor dog hoped her owners would return for her. But of course, they never did.
None of the passersby or customers at the petrol station took any interest in the dog. Some would even try to chase her away, causing the dog to run into traffic.
The woman instantly took pity on the dog, sharing her story on Facebook, hoping to find it a loving home. She posted:

The dog is now in the care of a local animal shelter, which says that it is very friendly, walks well on a lead, and has no problems travelling in a car.
It's now hoped that the dog will find a loving home with a nice garden and a family who will love her and never leave her. After everything she's been through, this dog certainly deserves it.
