Lulu The Little Survivor with the Biggest Personality

DOB: 04 January 2026

Location: Rescue in Ayr

Size: Expected to be medium sized when fully grown

Little Lulu’s story could have ended very differently.

She was found alone in the forest as the only survivor of a litter of five puppies. Tragically, her siblings were discovered dead around her, and Lulu herself was in a very poor condition when she was rescued. She was immediately taken to the vets where she received the care she desperately needed until she became healthy and strong enough to begin her new life. After leaving the vets, Lulu went to stay with a foster family where she learned all about living around people and other dogs — and it turns out she absolutely loves both!

Despite everything she has been through, Lulu is a wonderfully happy, confident little dog who approaches life with joy and enthusiasm.

She is playful, friendly, affectionate, and always ready for fun.

She simply loves being involved in whatever is going on around her.

Lulu’s Personality:

Confident and outgoing

Very friendly with people and dogs

Loves to play and explore

Affectionate and full of life

Used to living in a home environment

Lulu has apparently already started some lead training, although we haven’t fully tested this since she arrived in rescue.

She was also clean in her foster home, but as she is now in a different environment, her new family should expect to continue supporting her with house training and helping her settle into a routine.

Lulu’s Ideal Home:

A family ready for all the fun and adventure that comes with a young dog

A secure garden where she can safely play and continue her training

Owners willing to continue her lead work and confidence-building

Could live with children, other dogs, or as an only dog receiving lots of attention

Lulu would suit many different homes and we think she is going to make an absolutely fantastic companion.

She has overcome such a difficult start in life and deserves a future full of love, happiness, adventures, and security.

Could you be the family Lulu has been waiting for? Families must be willing to travel to Ayr to meet and collect Lulu. A home check and adoption donation will apply.
