🐶Name: Luna
📍Location: Hereford
💖Gender: Female
⏰Age: 2.5 years old
📏Size: Medium sized (12kg)
🏠Home requirements: Can live with other dogs but needs an adult only, cat free home. She also needs access to her own private garden.

❤️Luna is a uniquely loving and endearing dog with a heart full of affection for those she trusts. While she can be anxious and reserved around new people, she forms incredibly strong bonds with her primary caregiver, becoming the ultimate "velcro dog." Luna’s happiest moments are spent cuddled on the sofa, enjoying tummy rubs, chest scratches, and gentle rubs behind her ears. She’ll even lie on her back, mouth open, wriggling with delight when she wants more attention.

🧡Her soulful eyes are impossible to resist—they melt hearts with a single glance, revealing the depth of her adoration. Luna has recently discovered the joy of play, with her pink fluffy seahorse being her prized treasure. Watching her zoom around with it, barking, growling playfully, and tossing it into the air, is an absolute delight.

💛Luna’s quirky habits only add to her charm. She enjoys "nose boops," playful snorts, and even has a hilarious way of selecting one biscuit at a time from her bowl to munch on the sofa. She’s also an expert in morning wake-up calls, ensuring breakfast is never forgotten with her enthusiastic snorts and playful pounces.

💚While Luna is toilet trained and has learned to give her paw—especially when chicken is involved—she does experience lead reactivity due to anxiety and can growl or snap when feeling particularly stressed. However, her loyalty and trust, once earned, are unwavering.

💙Ideal Home:
Adult-only household
Calm dog companions are okay
Cat-free environment
Patient, experienced adopter who understands anxious dogs

💜Luna is looking for a calm, loving home where she can continue to feel safe and cherished. She thrives with routine, reassurance, and gentle affection. For the right person, Luna will be a loyal, affectionate companion, offering unconditional love in return.

Could you be the special someone to give Luna the forever home she deserves? 🐾

🩺Luna is a healthy girl, she is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and wormed and brucellosis tested.

🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter's expense.
