Giulio: male dog to adopt

Setter Giulio is ready to find his family.

This lovely boy is 5/6-years-old.

Guilio is a force of nature and absolutely loves loves love us humans...which is something we cannot understand as he has suffered so much at the hand of man.

We found this beautiful dog abandonded near to our small sanctuary in Calabria...He was near to collapse due to acute starvation...its taken quite a few months for Guilio to recover. Now fully healthy of good weight and one of the most affectionate dogs. He lives with many other Setters and is happy boy - he loves fooling around with the other dogs at the sanctuary.

We would hope for an adopter who has a love and understanding of Gun Dogs..Setters are indeed a beautiful breed and I have a female called Bella now 9 years old...she is a wonderful friend.

Guilio needs someone who will give him the time he needs and deserves as he has never lived in a family home. Another friendly dog will make the transition for Guilio much easier.

Guilio is healthy and already neutered.
He needs an experienced adopter and is not suitable for first time dog owners.

He just needs someone to show him how to live in our world and this needs patience.
