A viral video sweeping the internet shows a gorgeous Golden Retriever with a striking black birthmark right in the middle of his head.
In the clip shared by Pethelpful, his owners explain just how special their beloved pooch is: "We adopted a purebred Golden Retriever so rare that there isn't even a statistic for his black heart-shaped birthmark."
A very special kiss spot
Social media users quickly fell head over heels for the adorable pup, and thousands of loving comments poured in under the video. One viewer, Cekern0, gave the mark a sweet nickname: "That's his kiss spot. Give him a kiss right there every day!"
A gentle sign from a lost pet
For others, the marking held a deeper emotional meaning. Campbell9498 described it as "a hello from a former pet who has passed away", while Heather asked if the family had previously lost a black pet, suggesting the little heart might be a sweet message sent straight from doggy heaven.
