They couldn't get back in because Federico had let the door shut behind him, forgetting the key was still in the lock on the inside.
A furry hero to the rescue
In most cases, they would have had to call a locksmith for help. But this couple had a secret weapon: a four-legged, meowing hero named Achille.
Like a true hero, the cat managed to open the door. ”He saved us,” explained Lucia.

For any sceptics, the couple recreated the scene. And as you can see, Achille leaps up to grab the door handle.
