Earlier this year, a passer-by noticed a stray cat in their neighbourhood. At first, they weren't concerned as the cat was wearing a collar.
As reported by the website LoveMeow, they noticed a short time later that her collar had disappeared.
The cat then began to approach, clearly looking for food and warmth. Faced with this situation, the person decided to contact the local Clifton animal shelter to help the feline.
A timely rescue
The four-year-old cat, named Mitzi, was showered with affection by the shelter team. The volunteers and staff made it their mission to quickly find a family for this sweet cat.
According to the team, Mitzi loves to be near her humans, calmly observing the world around her.

"She loves a lap, but it always has to be on her terms," explains Liz, from the Clifton Animal Shelter.
She is now ready for a fresh start in a loving home, where she can enjoy endless cuddles and be cherished for the rest of her days.
