Found wandering the streets alone just as she was about to give birth, a pregnant cat was taken in by the Humane Society.
The expectant mother, named Sage, gave birth to four kittens. Sadly, one of the newborns did not survive, but Sage devoted herself entirely to caring for her remaining three babies.

Once the kittens were old enough to be adopted, a prospective owner came to the shelter, planning to take home just one or two of them.

Instead, she decided to apply to adopt them all together, so she could take the whole family home.
