Recently, the rescuer received a call for help about a puppy abandoned in a pile of branches, left in the cold and mud.
Without human intervention, the puppy was destined to die alone in the wild.
A history of terrible abuse
When Viktória and her colleague approached the puppy, they could tell from his behaviour that the little one had suffered terrible abuse. The puppy was terrified of the humans approaching him and was crying with fear.
Once the puppy was in the rescuers' arms, he continued to struggle with all his might. The rescuers were in no doubt: he had been beaten by human hands.
A gentle touch
Slowly, thanks to the rescuers' gentleness and patience, the puppy began to calm down, but the fear was still deeply ingrained in his eyes.
Viktória took care of the little dog, and gradually he began to trust her. The rescuer had the joy of seeing him curl up and fall asleep by her side. Viktória made him a promise: his future would be bright, and no one would ever hurt him again.
