For five years, the adorable dog Fin lived happily with his family.
He was cherished, loved, and wanted for nothing.
A broken heart
But sadly, when his family was evicted from their home, they had no choice but to part with Fin. They entrusted him to the care of the shelter's rescuers. His family was heartbroken, and so was Fin.
The poor dog couldn't understand what was happening to him. He would stay in his kennel, confused, wondering where his family had gone. The rescuers noticed that Fin had a peculiar habit whenever he was in his kennel. He would lie down and cover his eyes with his paw. It was as if he needed to 'hide' from reality.
Finding him a new home
The rescuers felt very emotional whenever they saw Fin hiding his eyes in his kennel. They decided to share his story to try and find him a new family. They mentioned that the sweet dog is a little shy at first, but once he gains confidence, he slowly starts to wag his tail.
The rescuers believe he needs a patient family who can give him the time he needs to open up. It's understandable, as the poor dog has been through a terrible upheaval in his life. We are all hoping that Fin finds a safe and loving family very soon.
