Warmth for the winter
Every day, Amir brings them food and has even built them warm shelters for the winter. Winters in Minnesota can be particularly harsh.
In the video below, Amir shows that the temperature is -20°C. To maintain their body heat, the cats need to increase their calorie intake. Amir is therefore asking for help to continue feeding the stray cats. He has let his followers know that they can donate via the list on his TikTok profile.
An unexpected friend
At the end of December, something unusual happened. One of the stray cats approached Amir, meowing. She followed him as he delivered the post to local residents. Amir thought she might belong to a neighbour, but that wasn't the case.
When the postman returned to his van, he placed the cat on the front seat, and she immediately curled up to sleep. She stayed by his side all day. Amir tried to find her family, but sadly, no one came forward. He took the cat home and gave her a good bath. In the end, Amir's brother decided to adopt the lovely cat and named her Sushi. What a wonderful story!
