The poor cats had been taken in by two people, but they were unable to care for them long-term.

An unexpected call
However, while she was on her way to collect the cats, she received an emergency call. Five other abandoned kittens had been found alone in a nearby park. The rescuers at Best Friends Felines then had the idea of introducing the five orphans to the first family.
When Celine, the mother cat, met the orphaned kittens, she immediately adopted them and began to care for them as her own. It was a huge relief for the rescuers. The brave mother cat now had nine kittens under her wing, cuddling them and watching over them. To the rescuers' great surprise, all nine kittens were female!
Settling in
The rescuers pampered the family of ten. They settled them into a comfortable room with cosy beds, full food bowls, toys, and plenty of space to explore. At first, Celine was a little fearful, but with time and gentle care from the rescuers, she completely relaxed.
Thanks to the dedication of their foster family, the kittens began to thrive. And there was more good news! Just before the New Year, Celine was adopted by her forever mum. After so faithfully caring for her little ones, the mother cat could finally rest and enjoy her new home!
