On the 20th of January, while visiting the chicken coop, Tori was taken aback. She had gone to check that the chickens were all right and that the heat lamp was keeping them warm.
A furry intruder?
However, something wasn't quite right. Among the row of chickens lined up under the heat lamp, there was a small intruder! The family cat had settled in right under the lamp, in the middle of the line of chickens.
The cat didn't seem at all bothered about taking one of the chicken's spots. In fact, he looked a little cross that Tori had woken him up! As for the chickens, none of them seemed in the least bit nervous about sharing their space with the feline.
Just one of the flock
In fact, this wasn't entirely unusual. The cat grew up among the chickens and has always seemed to think he's part of the flock. Tori had fun writing the caption for the video: *"One of these is not like the others."*
Viewers were highly amused by the situation. *"I don't see the difference. I need more clues!"* one commented. Another chimed in: *"We don't see anything unusual..."* Someone else noticed that the cat was closest to the heat source: *"Look who's closest to the heat lamp! LOL!"* Very clever of him!
