To let their cats enjoy the fresh air and grass in complete safety, these owners have transformed their garden.

As the owners of 11 cats, this couple is used to bending over backwards to keep them happy. Kelly Dinham and her husband are completely devoted to their animals. They also have 4 dogs and 4 sheep, and all of their companions are rescues!

This little menagerie lives together in perfect harmony, all thanks to the couple's determination to give them a wonderful life with the very best facilities.

To ensure their cats could go outside safely, they had already designed a cat patio on one side of their house. But recently, they decided to take it to the next level.

A brand new catio

The existing outdoor space on one side of their house was lovely for the cats, with plenty of accessories. However, it didn't give them a great deal of room to climb and play.

But on 25th March 2024, the couple unveiled their brand new secure space on their TikTok account. It's safe to say that Kelly and her husband have thought of everything: little walkways, natural ground, tunnels and plants. It's a true feline paradise, and since the family lives in Australia, it's even designed to keep snakes out.

@kellydinham Massive thank you to Ben for building this for the cats, they love it so much. The catio is fully enclosed with @Catnets.com.au netting! 🐈‍⬛❤️ #petsoftiktok #catsoftiktok #rescuecat #catio #catnets ♬ Here Comes the Sun - Relaxing Instrumental Music

Feline ingratitude

In the 500 comments posted under the video, most people congratulated the couple on this mammoth task and their design choices.

And if anyone was wondering where the cats spend most of their time now, their owner leaves no room for doubt: the kitties still prefer to stay inside the house! Ah, feline ingratitude. But that's all part of their charm, isn't it?
