While watching her fiancé play, a tiny stray kitten appeared out of nowhere and made himself comfortable in her lap.

A fellow spectator joked that the kitten had chosen her, but Rumoro wasn’t convinced—yet.
When the game ended, the kitten ran off, and she assumed that was the end of their brief encounter. But just as she was about to leave, he came sprinting back and sat on her foot, determined not to let her go.
New life for Toro
With visible injuries and clear signs of neglect, Rumoro and her fiancé knew they couldn’t leave him behind.
They took him back to their Airbnb and, the next morning, got him the medical care he desperately needed. The resilient little kitten, now named Toro, made the journey home to Kentucky, where he now thrives.
Though he’s still adjusting to snowy winters, one thing remains the same: he never strays far from Rumoro’s side.
