Gorgeous Val was adopted in Romania but sadly abandoned on the streets 9 months later. The rescuer found him in a public shelter and luckily took him into her care.
Val is a happy, confident, and curious boy with lots of character. He is smart and should respond well to training. Val toilets outside and is unfazed when left alone at the shelter.
Val shares a kennel with a few other dogs at the shelter and gets on fine with them, but he does like attention from humans and will push his way forward. If there is a resident dog already in the home, Val needs adopters who can set boundaries and who will help him adjust to home life and share the attention. He is a very loving little dog with people and he is good with older children. Val is not keen on being picked up or held, but this is improving with time.
Val walks nicely on the lead and travels well in the car. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. He is 26cm tall, 32cm long and weighs 8kg. He will be coming into foster in the UK, travelling from Romania by pet transport. He will be able to be adopted in the UK once he finds his family.
