🩵 Balagan is a 10 Year old large sized male believed to be Golden Labrador x Staffie who is looking for a home to enjoy his twilight years ⭐️ He is a quieter chap who loves snuggles with his people 🥰

Balagan is approximately 10 years old and is a large sized mixed breed, think gentle giant with a little bit of a cheeky side! 🩵

He came into the care of Pawprints To Freedom after he sadly found himself in the Pound and was scheduled to be PTS 💔
We know nothing of his life prior to December 2024 but since the start of the year he has been with his lovely foster family who have taken great care of him He is now ready and patiently waiting for his forever home 🏡

Balagan is a big, amazingly friendly boy who loves company 🥰 His manners are first class and he shows no food or resource guarding behaviours 😇 
His family have described him as very loveable and gentle with both familiar people and strangers alike 🩵 He is also a good boy who doesn’t bark very much ⭐️

Balagan walks well using a harness and lead but can be a little excitable at times He can also become overstimulated when he sees or hears other dogs so he will need some support and guidance with this in his new home 🐾

With his loveable nature we feel Balagan is unable to live with young children due to his size and strength Our recommendation is he lives either in an adult only home or with children over 15 years of age 👩🏻🧑🏼

He would very much like to be the only pet in his new home so no other dogs, cats or small furries please 🐶🐱🐰

Balagan is happy to be left in his own company on occasion for up to four hours with no accidents or destructivness 😇 However, this is not a regular occurrence so his new home would need to work on gradually building up his alone time 🩵

He enjoys his home comforts and sleep, preferring to be near his fosters at nighttime 🌙 He has a lot of nightmares so he sometimes has to be gently woken and reassured before he nods back off 💤

Balagan is toilet trained and crate trained but he’s a home bird and would rather not travel in the car if he can help it! 🚗

He is microchipped, vaccinated and neutered 
It should be noted that he has a large mass on his side which has been examined by a vet and is thought to be a fatty lump He has no other known health conditions

His foster has said the following about him: 
‘He loves his food And sleep He likes tug of war He likes to find things. I like to get real cuddles and he lets me happy-squidge his face and ears for hours no problem. He's a very easy dog to look after, I love him to bits
When I go to cuddle him first thing in the morning he side-eyes me and wags his tail knowing I'm coming in for cuddles’. 🥰
