🐕Meet Beau, a charming and gentle 1 year old pup. He is the epitome of politeness, showing patience and a tender, gentle nature that shines through once he feels safe. His inquisitive spirit and playful antics will certainly brighten any home.

🎾Beau is a keen observer, often mirroring tasks such as sweeping, and he delights in the simple joys of life, like playing with carrot tops. His animated ears express his thoughts vividly, providing endless entertainment. Beau has a knack for confusing food with toys, once using broccoli as a pillow—just a peek into his quirky yet endearing personality.

🧠When it comes to training, Beau is toilet trained with only one incident in a month. He walks beautifully on a lead, though can be a bit eager at times, particularly when he spots something interesting. He responds well to voice commands, especially when exploring the fields. Indoors, he is treat-motivated and thrives on positive reinforcement.

🦮Beau is social and gets along well with other dogs, though his playful energy can be a bit boisterous. He gravitates towards larger canine companions during walks and is being socialised extensively. Despite having no canine companions with his previous adopter, he has adjusted beautifully to his current environment.

❤️While Beau is a loving and eager-to-please companion, he is still working on overcoming his nerves, especially around new experiences. He may growl at unexpected sights, like a wheelie bin, and remains cautious around certain strangers, particularly men with hoods. Beau is also uneasy about crates and being left alone, needing a patient and understanding home to help him feel secure.

🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter's expense.
