💙 Barney was rescued from a UK pound where he was emaciated and scared - his past unknown. He has been living with a foster family where he has started to learn that there is love in the world. 

Barney is looking for a quieter home where he can have his safe space with a large crate where he can retreat to if he gets overwelmed. He's a shy boy who will need time to settle and learn to trust which is has done quite quickly with his foster family.

Barney absolutely loves his food therefore this will help with gaining his trust and teaching him the rules of the house. He can be cheeky and steal food off the sides so need to make sure food isnt left out. 

Once Barney trusts hes a very loving and affectionate boy, he will give kisses, loves belly rubs and do some tricks including 'sit' and 'paw'. He loves his humans and will need someone home most of the time and where he can get lots of exercise. 

Outside Barney is doing well with his lead obedience and will heel and wait when asked. 

Barney is a large dog who still acts like a puppy, he is bouncy and strong and therefore will need someone who can hold onto him if he decides to pull on the lead. 

Barney is toilet trained, crate trained and sleep well overnight.

Do you have experience with bull breeds & nervous dogs? Are you home most of the day, love a walk and understand Barney may need time to decompress before he trusts? Then Barney could be the dog for you.💙
