Home requirements: They can be homed with other dogs with slow introductions (skipper can be vocal initially), they can also be homed with dog savvy teenagers, but would be best in a cat free home.

🎾Playful & Happy: Whether it's chasing each other around or making new doggy friends, these two thrive on playtime. Islay, with his endless energy, never seems to tire on walks, while Skipper, despite a past lead aversion, enjoys bounding around with excitement. Islay’s bunny hops and squeaks of delight and Skipper’s signature happy dance are guaranteed to make you smile.

🧠Clever & Attentive: Skipper has shown his intelligence time and time again, quickly learning new commands and responding eagerly to the sound of a whistle. He’s always on the hunt for hidden toys and treats. Meanwhile, Islay, ever attentive, often grooms Skipper, showing his caring nature.

💖Quirky & Sweet: Skipper loves a good belly rub and will roll over whenever he sees you. Islay adds to the household charm with his adorable bunny hops and his unique howl whenever the phone rings.

🦮Training: Both dogs are lead trained. Skipper might remember his past in Romania and pull sometimes, especially on the lead, but he is generally very good. They might initially be cautious and a bit vocal with strangers, but once they say hello, they’re ready to play and have fun. Skipper and Islay are used to having regular playdates with their three canine cousins, so socialising is second nature to them.

🩺Skipper and Islay are both healthy, they are neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea & wormed, 4DX and brucellosis tested.

🚗 For travel, it is asked that fosterers and adopters interested in UK-based dogs assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter’s expense.
