Are you ready to welcome a bundle of energy and joy into your home? Meet Dylan, the playful, large-hearted dog who’s looking for his forever family! With his playful spirit and affectionate nature, Dylan is destined to be the perfect companion for someone who loves adventure and cuddles in equal measure.
🏃♂️Playful Spirit
Dylan might be a big boy, but in his heart, he’s still a playful pup! He loves running around in open spaces, where he can entertain himself for hours. His favorite activities include playing tug-of-war, enjoying some chew toys, and even going down slides at the local children's park (yes, you read that right!). If you're an active person who loves getting outdoors, Dylan could be your ideal sidekick!
🦮Affectionate Companion
When he's not in play mode, Dylan is a total lap dog. He adores snuggling up to you and sharing all the love. Be prepared for jumps of joy when you come home—he just can't help himself! Although he may get overly excited, a little training will help him calm down and settle in quickly.
🧠Training:
You're in luck—Dylan is already well toilet trained! He’s a good boy and understands where to do his business.
Dylan knows some basic commands like "sit" and "lay down," and he responds well to “Dylan, come!” While he is learning to walk nicely on a lead, he does have a tendency to pull—so a bit of training will go a long way!
🐾Social Butterfly
Dylan is curious about new people and other dogs. He barks at the door when someone arrives but settles down quickly with a treat, understanding that they mean no harm! He’s great with dogs and wants to play, though he might get a little too excited at times. Just a reminder: He’s a bit too exuberant for very small children, as he has scratched a young child’s face accidentally while playing.
Dylan is not cat tested
👻Fears and Caution
Dylan can be scared of unfamiliar cars and new people initially, but with your love and reassurance, he’ll learn to trust his surroundings, especially in a calm and stable environment.
🩺Dylan is a healthy boy and is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea & wormed and brucellosis tested.
