In the days and months that followed this wonderful news, Lincoln never left her side. So, when it was time to go to the hospital to give birth, Lincoln was a little sad to be separated from his owner.
A surprise visit
Luckily, the dog didn't have to wait long. Thanks to his grandad, Hailey's father-in-law, Lincoln was able to visit his mum on the day she gave birth.
As there was a park right in front of the hospital, Lincoln was able to pop over and say hello to his mum before the big moment! Hailey was delighted to see him from her room window, and it was a real source of encouragement before the delivery.
A heartwarming gesture
On TikTok, the video touched the hearts of 155,000 people. In the comments, users praised the supportive gesture from Hailey's in-laws: ”You are so blessed. This is the sweetest gesture.” Another wrote: ”If that isn’t love, I don’t know what is!”
Since then, Lincoln's parents have returned home with their daughter, Bella. Everything is going wonderfully: Lincoln immediately took on the role of big brother, lying at the foot of the baby's cot to make sure she sleeps safely.
