Jelly Bean the cat was found all alone, abandoned under a car.
In a video posted by his owner, it's clear that Jelly Bean hasn't forgotten what it's like to live on the streets. He decided to bring a stray cat home with him, sharing the most precious things he has: his home and his forever family.
In the video's caption, Jelly Bean's owner wrote:
"Why did our cat bring a pregnant cat into the house and now he's giving her his bed? How do you say absolutely no to that?"
She humorously added, "Does he think the kids are his???" which is ironic, as the cat is neutered.
A truly selfless friend
People online were charmed by the cat's behaviour. More than 609,000 people have watched the video on a loop on TikTok:
"There's something so wholesome about an animal wanting to share the safety of your home with other animals it finds. Like: 'I know where you'll be safe, follow me'."
Another commented: "He's got his own cat rescue mission going on."
In another video, Jelly Bean is seen by his food bowl.
Suddenly, the cat he welcomed into his home comes over and gives him a little pat... all so she can eat from his bowl.
