Afraid of nothing
A video filmed by his owners in the US shows the cat defending his home. Two bear cubs had come to visit the family's porch. From inside the house, behind the glass door, Scooter doesn't take his eyes off the unexpected visitors.
The cat stands up on all fours, claws out, and launches himself at the glass to scare the cubs away. It works perfectly: one of the cubs is frightened and quickly backs away.
A true winner
However, the second cub stays by the door and puts its paw on the glass, as if trying to get to Scooter. The cat responds by hissing and launching himself at the glass door again, claws at the ready.
Eventually, this cub also gets scared and quickly moves away from the porch. We don't know if the cubs will ever dare to return, now that they know the house is so well-guarded...
