My dog winks at me why's that? Is this a sign of trust?

My dog does it too, but only when she's been naughty and doesn't get caught, it's like she's telling me 'hey, I just did something bad but you didn't realise' haha

I've never seen a dog wink at me. Maybe he got dirt in his eye?
