Millie: female dog to adopt

Published on : 11/11/2025

Millie has come into us due to her owners decline in health. She is a lovely girl once she knows you but can be very nervous and untrustworthy at first. Because of this, Millie will need a quiet adult only home with patient and understanding owners who can give her the time and space she needs to settle into her new home.

Whilst Millie can take time to trust others, once she knows you she loves you and can become quite protective of her owners. Millie does also resource guard so will need an experienced home with an owner who knows how to deal with this.

Millie has slowly started to come out of her shell and occasionally will play with a soft toy or tennis ball. She can be a very affectionate girl on her terms and enjoys curling up on the sofa wit you. Millie is looking to be the only pet in an adult only home with no visiting children. If you are interested in Millie, please come down to our Edenbridge centre.
