Gorgeous Barney is wondering why no one has given him a chance as he is super friendly with people!
Barney needs some help with getting to know other dogs are ok. The hope is for an experienced fosterer or an adopter who is willing to work with him on this issue. Barney will need to be the only dog in the home.
