Gunner is a complex boy. He can be affectionate on his own terms and likes a gentle fuss.
He loves his food and will sit instantly when you mention a treat. Gunner is very active and loves his walks. Like a typical spaniel he loves to smell everything.
Gunner can be reactive to dogs and needs lots of very gentle socialising in time. He must be the only pet in an adult only home. Gunner needs an owner who understands that he can get very quickly overwhelmed and understands his boundaries and has the patience needed for him to learn to trust you.
