Phoebe is looking for her new home after her owner sadly passed away. She is a sweet girl but a little unsure of the world and would like to live with calm, understanding people who can help her come out of her shell. She has previously lived with other cats but has never been around dogs and would prefer a dog-free home. She has never been around young children.
