Shadow is a very sweet boy who has been in a very loving home for the last 2 years. Shadow is blind and unfortunately he seems to have some problem with his spatial awareness. Although he is perfectly litter trained in a small space, like his pen in the cattery, the more space he has, the more likely he is not to use his trays. He does toilet near them on the whole but can also go somewhere further away. He is an incredibly sweet cat who loves to curl up under the duvet after breakfast and will sleep on the end of the bed at night. He is very sociable and loves to be near his people. Shadow's owners coped very well with his problems and were very sad to give him back to the rescue, but they have had a baby who is now starting to move around more. Is there someone out there who is looking for an indoor cat and has floors that are easy to clean and feels they could manage Shadow's problem? In every other respect he is the very sweetest boy, a gentle lap cat and we would support his new person in whatever way we could to help him stay in his home. Please do consider him, he is very lonely and confused in the cattery and is desperate to get back into a loving home.
