The family posted a photo of the dog on a Facebook page dedicated to lost pets. A local resident got in touch to let them know that the dog had been neglected, and that his previous owner no longer wanted to care for him.
Deeply moved by his story, Alexandra and Rollins decided they couldn't just leave him behind. They made the wonderful decision to adopt him permanently, and Reese named him Clark.
A brand new start
In just a week and a half, Clark has already settled into his new home. He loves cuddling everyone and running around with Bunny, the family's other dog. As for Reese, he is absolutely thrilled to spend all his time with his new best friend!
