But just as the brave cat began recovering from his injuries, vets discovered a growth in his mouth. He had to undergo surgery. Throughout this latest ordeal, Thomas could count on the unwavering support of his foster family, who helped him through this tough time with courage.
Living life to the full
Sadly, the challenges didn't stop there. More recently, another devastating diagnosis cast a shadow over his future: Thomas has liver cancer. As no curative treatment is possible, his foster family, rescuers, and everyone who loves him have decided to focus entirely on his comfort and well-being.
Despite his illness, Thomas is currently doing incredibly well. He shows no obvious signs of pain and still enjoys an excellent quality of life. His days are simply filled with his favourite activities: sleeping, lounging around, soaking up a sunny spot, and seeking out cuddles from his humans.
