The driver in front of her suddenly threw a tiny ginger kitten straight out of their car window. With a drop of several feet below, it seemed like certain death for the poor little creature...
Naturally, the woman was deeply shocked. However, she reacted immediately by calling the police to rescue the "thrown" kitten.
An act of sheer cruelty
The police officer who arrived to help kept repeating, "You can do it!" to encourage the tiny kitten to hang on. Against all the odds, the kitten survived the fall completely unscathed. The officer was finally able to reach him and bring him to safety, before rushing him to a local veterinary clinic for a thorough check-up.
Fortunately, the sweet kitten made it. He is now calm and relaxed, and even seems to be smiling at his rescuer, almost as if to say thank you for saving his life.
A heartwarming recovery
News of the kitten's rescue quickly spread online, sparking a wave of reactions from animal lovers. Most people were furious at whoever could commit such a terrible act. For now, the little fellow is resting and recovering from his terrifying ordeal.
