Hi there,
From my research, it’s possible that this spider is a noble false widow (*Steatoda nobilis*). I’m not sure if they’re particularly dangerous: a spider bite will show as swelling in the area, the mark is often a different shape and it doesn’t usually itch.
Best regards,
Quitterie

It could be a false widow. This species can be dangerous, but if it’s any comfort, no spider is lethal to a healthy person. Spiders also tend to avoid biting and prefer to run away. Even if they do bite, they’d rather give a "dry bite" because their venom is precious. They prefer to save it for their prey. If you don't disturb the spider, it won't do you any harm.
If you really have to, you could try to relocate it, but you’re more likely to put yourself at risk by trying to handle it. In my opinion, you should just let it get on with its life in peace.
