Hi, Whilst they may experience an uncomfortable sensation or potentially even cramps they will not be comparable to a human period cramp, due to what is occurring during their season. However each individual will react differently and this is something to kee an eye on! If you are concerned it would be advisable to talk to a vet and they could advise you on how to make this time more comfortable.
