What pet products should i give to my cat, who is suffering from upper respiratory infection?She is a 6 months old ragdoll cat.

One answer to this question which comes in my mind through one of my friend's experience with her cat is giving the cat suffering from UPI a good amount of lysine on  the recommendation by the vet. She used felo lysine from Lots of Love Pet Products.
