Spinning in circles and walking backwards 4 hours before death…

I was awoken by her making laps in my room she was going in circles and her left back leg wasn't working she could only walk backwards, I took her to the er vet where I was sent away because I didn't have $120...2 hours later she was dead in my arms in the shower...
