Probiotics and Smecta?

Hi again everyone!!!

So, I’ve read on various sites and forums that you can give probiotics (like Ultra-levure) to a kitten with soft stools? I’d really like to know if I can or not?

Personally, I can see both sides... On the one hand, it’s a natural product and isn't dangerous. On the other hand, it’s technically intended for humans...

I’ve also heard that you can give them Smecta... Since it’s basically a natural product and made for babies... Some people have mentioned how effective these products are, but I’m still a bit sceptical...

Thanks

No, it's because of the change in dry food. I'm going to stop the wet food for now as I don't think it's helping his stools (since they're already a bit soft), and I think I'll pick up some probiotics then ^^.
