I miss my cat so much

Hi everyone, tomorrow marks 8 months since my 17-year-old Sammy passed away. It’s so hard, I miss him so much. I still talk to him and I cuddle his little tuft of fur. It makes me so sad to talk about it, it’s really tough. Everyone else seems to have forgotten, but for me, it still feels so raw. Autumn and winter are here, and the days and evenings are so long and lonely without him. I don’t want to replace him, I just can’t. Maybe one day, but he is still so much in my thoughts. It’s so hard, so sad without you, my sweet boy. How do I get through this difficult grief?
