A bit out of sorts after a scrap

Hi everyone!

This morning our little Apple (nearly 4 years old, spayed) went out for her usual hunt. Around 8:50 am she came back with some tiny scratches, mostly on her head, which makes us think she's been in a scrap (she's very territorial and it does happen sometimes), but she seems really out of sorts and lethargic. She went to hide and sleep in some clothes and didn't get up until about 2 pm. She's eaten and has been asking for fusses, so on the face of it, she seems okay, and the wounds have stopped bleeding. However, she still seems really tired and poorly, almost like she's been sedated. Is this normal? Thanks!
