A heartbreaking turn of events
Her owner suffered a heart attack and is sadly no longer able to care for her. As a result, Creme found herself in a shelter, completely disorientated by this sudden change of life. Every day, the poor dog cries and whimpers in her kennel, still trying to understand why the only life she knew has suddenly vanished...
We can only imagine the utter shock of it all for her. Yet, despite her deep sadness, Creme continues to show incredible sweetness to everyone who comes to visit her.
Ready for a fresh start
The shelter staff describe Creme as a real sweetheart. She loves adults and children alike, and gets on wonderfully with other animals, having previously lived with both a dog and a cat.
What's more, her maternal instinct is incredibly strong. Whenever stray kittens wandered into her garden in the past, Creme would try to lick them and fuss over them!
Now, Creme is waiting for a family who can offer her the stability and affection she so richly deserves. She certainly won't forget her past or her first owner, whom she loved with all her heart, but she is now ready to start a new chapter in a forever home.
