The group was wandering through the streets of the old town when their eyes caught an intriguing sign...
On the poster, there was a drawing of a cat with a message that read: "Follow the cat."
A four-legged guide
Amazingly, a real cat was sitting just a few yards away from the sign, as if to confirm the invitation. Nicholas and his friends decided to follow the kitty, though they weren't quite sure what to expect at first.
Their doubts quickly vanished when the clever cat led them down an alleyway and jumped right onto a high chair at a local café! The feline seemed to have handpicked a free table for his new companions. Nicholas and his friends were completely stunned by the extraordinary coincidence.
A safe haven for cats
The spot is called the Blue Cat Art & Cafe. What makes it special is that the owner rescues stray cats and gives them a safe place to live. Eight felines now call the café home, including their lovely little tour guide, Bıdık.
The video filmed by Nicholas quickly went viral online, leaving nearly a million social media users shocked to see the cat guiding the friends directly to her café. In the end, the group enjoyed a drink on the terrace, surrounded by friendly felines. Following the cat turned out to be an excellent idea!
