A few days ago, a TikTok user shared a recent adventure she experienced with her dog.
It was a rather eventful and frightening ordeal.
A skeleton in its mouth
The scene unfolded in the US in the dead of night, in near-total darkness. TikTok user @pjmongold explained that she saw her dog behind the window, looking like a ghostly shadow. But what made it so shocking was the trick of the light, which made a skeleton clearly visible behind the door. It was a truly terrifying sight.
Panicked, she called out to her sleeping husband for help. He managed to calm her down, planning to investigate where the skeleton had come from the very next morning.
An unsolved mystery
When morning came, however, nobody could find where the skeleton had come from. The couple believe it is highly likely that a bird dropped it into their garden.
But the truth will probably never be known. Since being shared on TikTok, the video has racked up over 700,000 views, and everyone in the comments section agrees: the scene was straight out of a horror film.
