Puppy farms and online dog trafficking

Hi everyone, I've just come across a website for a breeder selling 'teacup' puppies.

https://tinytreasuresteacups.com/fr/

It’s very likely the French-language storefront for a puppy farm, probably based abroad.

The 'breeder', who claims to ship worldwide, offers a huge range of breeds (Maltese, Toy Poodle, Spitz, Pomsky...) in miniature versions.

They have a pretty grim refund clause for fatal congenital diseases during the first year and offer to cover vet fees for the first three days only.

In reality, the puppies are probably pumped full of meds for 'shipping' before the illness eventually shows up.

(They frame parasites as being down to the 'puppy's new environment', and treat hypoglycemia or various common health issues as the norm.)

They clearly know their target audience too, as they state that buyers won't be refunded if the coat or eye colour changes.

The parents, described as 'champions' (of what? they aren't Kennel Club registered...), aren't even shown on the site.

Dog breeding of this kind (teacup, merle or lilac Bulldogs or Chihuahuas) is unethical by definition, but in this case, there’s likely a lot of animal cruelty and suffering involved.

Who should I report this to? Bearing in mind that, as I mentioned, it’s probably just the French front for a pet trafficking operation.

This puppy farm is apparently based in Romania (the phone number starts with +40, and they describe themselves as Eastern European 'dog breeding specialists'). I’ve reported them to the RSPCA and the authorities, but unfortunately, I don’t think anything will come of it since they aren’t based in the UK. They also sell their puppies to pet shops as well as to private individuals...
