As part of my studies, I'm working on a final year project about daytime dog care solutions.
I'm looking for some feedback from dog owners. All responses will remain anonymous and will be used solely for my research.
Do you ever need someone to look after your dog during the day? If so, how often?
What solution do you use most often to have your dog looked after?
Would a full-day or half-day dog daycare interest you? Why?
What are the 3 most important criteria for you before leaving your dog at a daycare? For example: trust in the team, qualified staff, small numbers of dogs, temperament testing, outdoor space, rest periods, activities, photos and videos, or proximity.
What would be the main thing putting you off using a dog daycare? For example: cost, safety, your dog’s stress levels, lack of trust, or distance.
What is the maximum price you would consider reasonable for a full day of care?
What opening hours would be most convenient for you?
What additional services might interest you in a dog-focused venue? For example: grooming, a shop, a cafe, events, or dog training.
