What's the best way to get from Poltava to Berlin?

Hi everyone. I’m looking for a convenient travel option because I’m planning on taking quite a lot of luggage with me. I need a direct Poltava — Berlin coach so I don’t have to lug heavy bags around various stations. I’ve come across a company called Prosto Bus Plus. They claim to have plenty of services and the prices seem reasonable. They promise that the coaches are large and top-notch, with a massive luggage hold. Has anyone travelled with them specifically from Poltava? Are they punctual with pick-ups, and what’s the current situation like at the border right now? I’d be really grateful for any information, as this is my first time doing such a long journey by coach.
