Regurgitation without megaoesophagus

Hi, I have a 5-month-old Pomeranian. About two weeks ago, he started regurgitating every day. I feed him 4 small meals at different times, and he always regurgitates one of them.

Tests have been carried out. Megaoesophagus was ruled out, and the vets can't find the cause.

At the moment, every time he finishes his food, I pick him up and hold him upright for a few minutes, and that prevents the regurgitation. He always burps when I'm holding him up.

Does anyone know what it could be? What do you do? Has this happened to anyone else?
